Fostering Resilience in Times of Uncertainty is a workshop for caregivers who want to explore new ways of supporting their gender expansive youth in a safe and supportive environment. Learn what it means for you to embrace and advocate for your youth's gender fluidity in hostile environments, without losing track of yourself and your needs.

Through a mix of structured and unstructured activities, participants will be supported in exploring a wide range of themes with one another, including: parenting, gender, queerness, vulnerability, boundaries, codependence, life transitions, body liberation, chronic illness, intersectionality, anti-racism, and more.
